Becoming a Member of CDA
People wishing to support the work of CDA can apply for full or associate membership.
Full membership is FREE for young people with disability (18-25 years) and all families of children and young people (0-25 years) with disability across Australia.
Associate membership for service providers, organisations, professionals and other interested persons is $55 per year (inc GST) or $11 (inc GST) per year for students and un-waged.
To apply for membership please complete the online membership application form. Alternatively you can print, complete and sign the membership application form and send it to CDA, Suite 3, 173 Queens Parade, CLIFTON HILL VIC 3168.
