Membership

Every new member of Children with Disability Australia adds strength to our efforts to advocate for improvements to services and supports for families of children and young people with disability.
People wishing to support the work of CDA can apply for full or associate membership.

Full membership is FREE for young people with disability (18-25 years) and all families of children with disability across Australia.

Associate membership for service providers, organisations, professionals and other interested persons for a nominal fee of $55 per year (inc GST) or $11 (inc GST) per year for students and un-waged. 

To apply for membership please complete the online membership application form. Alternatively you can print, complete and sign the membership application form and send it to CDA, Suite 1, 179 Queens Parade, CLIFTON HILL VIC 3168.

  • A united voice. Each new member increases our voice and strengthens our advocacy
  • Representation to government, media and the wider community on issues affecting the lives of children with disability and their families
  • All members receive Family Voices as part of their membership. Family Voices is the national publication of Children with Disability Australia (CDA). It contains a wide range of information on events and issues which affect children and young people with disability and their families including:
    • Our Children’s Voices — kids with a disability give their opinion
    • Real stories from families speaking honestly about their experiences
    • Policy update — analysis of current policy and advocacy issues
    • Information — updates on service provision and issues of relevance to children and young people with a disability
